By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you are at least 18 and are willing to verify such with a photo ID via Discord, email or at registration in person. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you will follow all the rules of the conference (link here) including Covid screening and masking policies. Please note that the linked rules are being workshopped and are open to change. We will announce once the policies are finalized.
Attendees must either have received a vaccination within 12 months prior to the event or must contact ConCom to request an exemption. (Full Covid policy here) Filtering masks (such as KN-95) are required in all conference spaces - unless otherwise indicated - by all attendees.
Refunds can be requested for a ticket up until 7/6/25. Refund will be for the cost of the ticket less additional processing fees. After 7/6/25, no refunds will be issued.
Available now. The additional cost prior to 6/7 will go towards helping to cover volunteer and presenter tickets. After 6/7/25, these tickets will be the only tickets available until the close of ticket sales on 7/6/25.
